Robyn's Story

I've watched many of the important men in my life suffer with stress, depression, panic attacks, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction.

As a bystander, many of these difficulties resulted in my own pain.

This was however the catalyst that compelled me to make lasting change in my personal life.

I mapped out a path of self-development, which saw me delving into my past and empowering myself with knowledge in areas of life where I felt stuck and letting go of my ego.

This lit up a passion for guiding men to be the best versions of themselves, for themselves.

Bringing clarity to your mind and providing the liberation for you to create the life you want.

Vision

As a young girl, I had no idea how my experiences were shaping me.

My father was often angry, unpredictable and had a dysfunctional relationship with my mother.

As I look back, it is easy to see that my emotional needs were not met, that my sense of worth and identity was badly damaged and that my understanding of love was so blatantly wrong.

Some of the problems I faced as an adult were easily traced back to my upbringing, but some of them were harder to understand.

As my children grew up I continuously disappointed myself with the kind of parent I had become and I couldn't understand why.

I had no idea what I would have to face up to when at the age of 33, my partner, four children and I made the decision to temporarily move in with my parents.

Even after all the self-development work I had done, my parents held a mirror up to me and were the triggers that forced me to change.

For myself, and for my children.

My journey in understanding generational cycles, patterns, and trauma from a place of empathy has helped me to heal my inner child and work on becoming the parent I always imagined I would be.

Now I want to help conflicted fathers to understand why they feel and act the way they do and to heal their inner child so that they can find peace of mind, break the generational cycle and have healthy, happy relationships with their children.

Mission

When young boys grow up believing that expressing emotion or asking for help is a weakness, it can have an extremely damaging effect on their mental health.

Too many men suffer in silence to avoid feeling emasculated.

My brand serves as a beacon, inspiring men to seek clarity and guidance on their journey of self-discovery.

I spent nearly two years as a Listening Volunteer for Samaritans, and during that time, I listened to countless men who felt lonely, unheard and hopeless.

When I started training to become a Transformative Coach, it soon became clear to me that helping men was my calling and purpose in life.
